For those of you who have been following the story arc of Dan’s Haunted House over the past three years the Japanese Samurai and Demons of Dan’s Haunted House have taken over the Haunted House Industry by storm.
In the beginning there was “Ancient Fear Rising”, which was the onslaught of Japanese horrors invading a sleepy little town of Lake Dallas Texas. Lead by the Oni Demon Hachiman and his host of Yokai, they sought to enslave the locals and possess them with the spirits of the Japanese demons.
There was but one that stood in the way, Slightly Deranged Unkle Kreep, who with his rustic magic raised an Army of Scarecrow to combat the Oni and their onslaught of at this Japanese Haunted House.
In Last haunt season 2015 the theme was "Little Yuki's Nightmare"
The battle took its toll on Dear Ol' Unkle Kreep and the following year Unkle Kreep had a psychotic break and in turn, came to believe that he was a Japanese School Girl by the name of Little Yuki who then opened the door for more Japanese demons and yokai to find forms to inhabit.
This was the continuation of the story of Dan’s Haunted House. This year with the continued advances of Hachiman and his host of demons we come to the next part in the saga of Unkle Kreep.
"TWISTED FATE: DEATH OF UNKLE KREEP"
In this 2016 Haunt Season after the struggles of losing his mind and the dawning realization of his place in this new world Unkle Kreep came to his senses and was able to rise from his foggy mental break down becoming aware of the previous year he has decided the only way to free himself from the Japanese Terrors is to take his own life.
He has submitted to the Japanese God of War Hachiman and dropped the mantle of Yuki and in traditional Japanese manner decided to commit Seppuku (suicide) little does Unkle Kreep know this will allow his spirit to roam the woods of Dan’s Haunted House now under the complete control of Hachi and his demonic host.
It’s said that the head of Unkle Kreep hangs from the belt of Hachiman and sometimes you can hear the lonely, dejected crying spirit voice of Little Yuki drifting through the woods while Hachiman and his kindred spirits look for new souls to fill their ranks.
BUT WAIT…
Did Unkle Kreep leave a parting “gift” for Hachiman and the other creatures?

While attending Dan’s Haunted House you may experience intense audio, loud sounds, sudden movements from props and or actors, intense bright lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe-lights, artificially generated fog, and or real fog depending on weather conditions, wind, wet or damp conditions, moving and, or uneven floor material, including uneven earthen surfaces, with and without inclines. We have mulched the trails but please keep in mind this is an outdoor haunted attraction and THERE MAY BE MUD, and or other special effects, including foul smells designed to enhance your sensory experiences, and this will be an overall physically demanding environment. This haunted attraction is exposed to the outdoor environment. Proper footwear is also strongly suggested (i.e. no open toe shoes and/or high heel footwear).
You should NOT ENTER this haunted attraction if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory, or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant, or suffer any form of mental disease.
DO NOT ENTER the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of cast, medical brace, using crutches, or have any type of physical limitations.
Do not enter the attraction if you are taking medications or using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are to be noticed by our staff.
NO WEAPONS, LIGHTERS, PHOTOGRAPHY, FLASHLIGHTS, SELFIE STICKS or LASER POINTERS are permitted.
DO NOT smoke, run, eat, drink, inside the attraction. TURN YOUR PHONE OFF you can call mommy to tell her your scared after you are finished. Additionally, there is no touching of actors, customers, scenery, or props inside the attraction property. You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property if any of these rules are not followed.
Flash Photography and or video may be permitted of the Queue Line actors, with the actor’s permission, ONLY in Queue line before entering attraction, Upon entering the attraction
TURN IT OFF! No video or flash photography may be taken inside the attraction.
Turn off all devices that emit light, including any Vaping device and/or cell phone flashlight, if it dark we designed it that way, and we suggest that you move at a slower pace to allow your eyes to adjust to designed areas of darkness.
At anytime, if you find that this haunted attraction is too intense and you wish to QUIT you are asked to raise your hand, and keep it raised, and yell I quit, or I want out, or I’m a chicken. Security will stationed around the haunt although you may not see them, they are there and will escort you out of the attraction. We understand this attraction maybe too much too intense for some, and there is no refunds.
Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused upon refund of purchased price. Holder of this ticket understand that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction.
